Behind-the-Design: The "Peace Pin"

Truth be told, the "Peace" pin got it's name by accident. The original inspiration behind the design is the hand signal for the number two, as in NAILgasm 2. But a client and her husband were asking me what the meaning behind the pin was because to them, it looked like a "peace" sign, which resonates a lot more with people during these crazy times. Happy St. Patrick's Day

"Sin Metu". It means "without fear" and has been the Jameson family motto since 1780. It's also been the unintentional motto of my journey to making NAILgasm: The Nail Art Documentary and now NAILgasm 2. So it's only right that I pay tribute to St. Patrick's day with an ode to my favorite Irish Whiskey. For those of you that will be out and about tonight, please drink responsibly.
